Cathleen Li is known as a humble pâtissière; skilled in the art of dessert and pastries.
Honing her culinary skills at the renown Culinary Arts School of Le Cordon Bleu, helped strengthen Li's desire to pursue her passion for desserts.
In 2010, chef Li set a goal to bake one of the most difficult pastries one can perfect: the French macaron. And she succeeded.
Excited with the success of her achievment, she sold out her first batch of macarons on the Kung Fu Taco truck.
"It was love at first fold!", according to Chef Li.
Thus, Oui Oui! Macaron was born!
Chef Li's new goal : spread the joy of eating fresh, handmade macarons to all around her.
